It's actually our mind which gets addicted to something. We get stick to that in such a way that, it becomes the most essential for our life. That is the addiction, when we can't live without that thing. That thing may be alcohol, drugs, music, love etc. If we want to get rid of the addiction the only way is to control our mind. That's it...

By letting it go it all gets done. The world is won by those who let it go. But when you try and try. The world is beyond the winning. - Lao Tzu
But the attitude of faith is to let go, and become open to truth, whatever it might turn out to be. - Alan Watts Creativity requires the courage to let go of certainties. - Erich Fromm |

I wanted to have, what I've decided to call, a "Captcha Sentinel" to stand in the way of certain behavior and continuing on to a web-page. I found something that has worked so far - with limited testing.
What I did was pretty simple. After searching for days and trying out various code I remembered I'd been using a similar captcha test for my site's feedback form. This particular feedback form is one I chose after testing several and anyone can get it free by visiting thesitewizard.com and downloading it. The only thing that needs editing in the feedback.php is changing the folder path to whatever suits and the url of the thank you page. An example I'm testing is redirecting a request for "nonsense.php" to "mydomain/captcha/sentinel.html" Every ip I've checked that requests this non-existing page is a bot or live pest. Once they are there they can complete or back out. This is as far as I've got. I'm watching to see what happens via error reports I have set up. The main objective for me is to trip them up, slow them down etc. This should evolve into, among other things, a link scraper deterrent. There should be no end to what can be redirected: requests for pages, request_method, bandwidth limiting, IP, HOST, URI and so on. The important thing for me was to get a page with a reCaptcha on it that had to be completed in order to continue. Right now if captcha is completed successfully I am sent an email, the user is sent to the site map and the IP is recorded on an (html) report page using SSI. So far so good |

In your browsers - export bookmarks as html
grab an external hard drive and copy every one of your files (audio, video, txt - not system files) to it. Unplug External hard drive Use a torrent program to download Linux Mint 12 full DVD Burn to DVD R Insert DvD and Restart machine When machine boots from cd (as it should) you will see what Linux Mint looks like Choose Install Mint Install right over old Ubuntu 11.10 OS - erase it from your machine and your life first name and password, language and time zone ... Wait ... wait ... Finally (took over an hour for me) Mint is there Plug in the external drive and put your files back Import your bookmarks Sound works, videos play, it's fast, it works |

Here are some tips on how to drink less this year:
1. Stress less. The more stressed you are, the higher is your chance of turning to alcohol to relieve your stress. 2. Don't drink alone. 3. Don't store alcoholic beverages at home. 4. Seek help if you think you can't quit by yourself and trust God that He will pull you through. Have a sober year everyone! |

No Shit, Who'd Of Thought
The chemical industry is destroying our planet. A population collapse of honeybee pollinators would lead to a food supply collapse This scenario has already begun to unfold, and new science reveals (new?) that pesticide chemicals may be the root cause of the mass die-off of honeybees around the world |
